Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Granby will hold a Public Hearing on Monday November 25, 2024 at 7:00 PM at the Granby Town Hall, 1909 State Rt 3, Fulton, NY 13069 to hear an Area Variance request by Edward Prall. A request for relief of Granby Zoning Ordinance Section XI: Definition of Lot, in regards to the construction of a new residential structure on property located at 281 Cole Road, Fulton, NY 13069; Tax Map #300.00-07-02.12.
