Purpose

The primary purpose of the Town of Granby Comprehensive Plan (2002) is to assist and guide decision-makers as they serve the Town in their respective capacities. The Plan depicts the Town’s wish list as it seeks to influence and accommodate Granby’s future development while it continues to protect the health, safety and welfare of the town’s current and future residents. It examines the town’s settlement history, past trends, current conditions, and attempts to estimate the number of residents and their housing and business needs in the future.
