Purpose

The Zoning Ordinance of the Town of Granby was enacted in 2007 with minor changes since then. In 2019, a team was created by the Town Board to examine problems in our current zoning ordinance. This team of the town supervisor, a town board member, a member from the ZBA, member from the Planning Board, residents, a certified planner, a land use attorney, the engineer for the town, and the planning/zoning clerk.
